Here are some general guidelines for volunteers. A detailed reminder will be sent three to four days before the event.

• It is mandatory for volunteers to register online in advance. Age restrictions apply.
• In case of cancellation, please let us know via WhatsApp or email.
• Volunteers cannot run and volunteer at the same event.
• It is important that you arrive on time for your assignment. Make sure you check with your team leader about your start time.
• Before beginning the task, all bags must be checked in.
• In the event of a lost or stolen bag, VIM is not responsible. A bike or motorbike must be secured properly.
• Please plan to assist throughout your entire assignment. The safety of runners and spectators may be compromised if you leave early. In the event of an emergency, please notify your team leader.
• Pets are not allowed.
